We are proud to announce that in December 2009, Greg Alford completed the Microsoft CRM 4.0 boot camp and passed the certifications examination for Installation and Deployment, Customization and Configuration, and Applications. These certifications are in addition to the NAV certifications previously complete for Financials, Installation and Configuration, and Manufacturing.
